Nevada to ease smoking ban?

The BBC reports that Nevada could become "the first of 24 US states where smoking is banned in bars and restaurants to relax the law". Full story HERE.

There have been very many counties to relax bans in the US. If this is the first state (and I'm not even sure it is), then it's a return to some common sense.

There was one West Virginia county that recently rescinded a smoking ban, I forget which one off the top of my head.

If I remember correctly, the public health board of the county actually apologized to local bar & restaurant owners.
