Smoke signals say Con-Lib coalition
Tuesday, May 11, 2010
If it is true that the Tories have finally reached agreement with the Liberal Democrats, it would be nice to think that the puff of smoke above the Cabinet Office was David Cameron and Nick Clegg celebrating their political marriage of convenience with a stiff drink and a cigarette.
Unlikely, I know, but a man can dream, can't he?

Hopefully some decent Havanas
If Clegg and Cameron have not gone home, pulled out a nice bottle of red and a packet of 20 and puffed and sipped into a nice soporific state before going to bed for a lovely relaxed night's sleep, they must be mad.
Maybe they will wait until Barack Hussein Obama visits to all light up.
How long can all the hate continue, with all of these smokers at the top of the heap? As long as their self-loathing, I guess.

Don't worry: you're gonna LOVE what's coming......................
The smoking ban as part of the big repeal bill one hopes... ?
That would certainly be one way of making an impact, announcing their intentions and sweetening the electorate before the inevitable heavy cutting begins. Makes sense. But it wasn't in either manifesto so who knows?
