An underwater tobacco farm off the coast of Grand Cayman?
Seriously, yes made me laugh (lots) too, but then I've watched his inane tweets for a while now so am accustomed to his staggeringly low intellect (and awful spelling).
Does he honestly think it's only the non-doms and the tobacco companies who'd like to see him floating, face down, in a pond?? I think the police would have to cast their nets a bit further than that - they'd have to add every smoker, every right-thinking non-smoker and virtually all of the contestants from Dragon's Den to the list. He must be as out of touch as a politician!

He's one person I've never thought of adding to my twitter account...I wonder why?
