Cheer up, Christmas is coming ...

... and here's a sneak preview of the 2010 Forest Christmas card.

I assume the chap outside with the red nose is an incognito, Environmental Health Officer.

No doubt ASH will say that vast herds of reindeer are dying of passive smoking and Lansley wants to 'nudge' Santa into giving up smoking by withdrawing health treatment from the NHS.

Santa may also be banned from appearing on Christmas cards as he is obese, drinks too much port after visiting all those houses and his visit may be late as the council have not got the results of an CRB check.

The good news is that he has a low carbon footprint, flying with reindeer but Caroline Lucas of The Green Party is quering the amount of methane Rudolf produces from all that lichen he eats. Is it producing too much global cooling?

Bottoms up!

I would be thinking something a bit more cynical - a group of smokers in the snow outside an empty pub with one saying - 'what ever happened to goodwill to all mankind?'
