After a very long day in the Crooked Shillelagh Pub, police had to escort Forest director Simon Clark from the premises, after he allegedly imported an illegal article into the pub, i.e. a glass ashtray with the Forest Logo printed on it.

Pub staff said that he also kept shouting defamatory remarks about Dublin, but Mr Clark insisted later that he was only referring to an eye condition he has, which at times causes him to see double, or even treble...

Clark was let off with a caution.
