Relive the golden age of rock and roll

Last week I bought four tickets for THIS show (now sold out) at Hammersmith Apollo on Friday 2 October 2009. Section BLK4, row O, seats 36-33. Total charge: £165.25. Unmissable and cheap at twice the price.

I guess we are the same age Simon, I'm 48 and you will no doubt have a great night out. I am just waiting when Noddy Holder decides to put in an appearance in the orginal Slade line up to reach for my credit card. I know one other contributor to Taking Liberties is a T Rex fan, but alas Marc Bolan is no longer with us.

To all the young dudes, I would say that Marc Bolan is alive in spirit and currently blasting Get It On from my stereo.

Backsliding Fearlessly, Dave, At The Crossroads, of Half Moon Bay looking to Ride A White Swan, and maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll get to see Telegram Sam....

I never realised that "Saxondale" had so many script writers on here?

Saxondale? I've never heard of that one. You hum it and I'll sing the tune!
