I understand that there still some 'tobacco' shops that only sell tobacco, cigarettes and cigars.
Will they have to put EVERYTHING under the counter?

Simon, This is an old article, but I've always wondered why the impact on health of all the negative messages and the emerging culture of treating smokers as 'inferiors' has not been brought to the attention of the government.

Surely government health warnings and denormalisation/stigmatisation are enormously bad for our health?
