A novel take on smoking
Wednesday, April 29, 2009 I found this clip on a website promoting a new book called Thank You For Not Smoking.
TYFNS is a first novel by someone called Arlo Flinn. Charlotte Fleischman of Barfly Publications, a small independent publishing company based in Dorset, assures me that "Despite its title, this book is absolutely pro-smoking and more besides."
Charlotte says the book is "very funny" and "rather off-beat". Judge for yourselves HERE.
PS. Not to be confused with Thank You For Smoking by Christopher Buckley which was adapted and released as a film in 2005.

Looks like a good read, must get it.
I saw the film of the same name some time ago and would recomment it, but the book is a different theme than the film.
all right , two words!! the word "alright" does not exist in the English language despite the obnoxious ITV programme with the offending word in its title.
TYFNS is a bloody hilarious book and I recommend everyone go and buy a copy to read.
I am being paid at least a slice of lemon cake for writing this.
